How does the MyFrogz process work so I can get my own unique case?

We have made it super easy and fun to design your very own custom LUXE case!

iPhone 3G / 3GS Luxe:
Simply go into any authorized AT&T store anywhere in the U.S., Puerto Rico, or the U.S.V.I. to purchase your “Activation Kit.” This kit includes the customization code that you will need to order your new MyFrogz case. Once you have purchased your activation kit, either load the MyFrogz App from your iPhone (the MyFrogz is available for free from the iTunes App store ) or logon to www.MyFrogz.com and follow the simple instructions to submit your order. It’s just that easy!

BlackBerry (9700, 8310/20/30, 8520, 8900):
Simply go into any authorized AT&T store anywhere in the U.S., Puerto Rico, or the U.S.V.I. to purchase your “Activation Kit.” This kit includes the customization code that you will need to order your new MyFrogz case. Once you have purchased your activation kit, logon to www.MyFrogz.com and follow the simple instructions to submit your order. It’s just that easy!

How long will it take for my customized MyFrogz case to arrive?

Once we have received your order, your MyFrogz case should ship the same day. Depending on where you are located, your order should arrive in 3-5 business days. Please allow extra time for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.

How does the MyFrogz for the iPhone App work?

By simply downloading the free MyFrogz app from the iTunes store, you will have at your fingertips the coolest and most intuitive utility available anywhere to design your own iPhone cases! Simply load the app and either use the arrows or slide your finger across the screen to switch between the awesome color choices available to customize the top and bottom of your new MyFrogz Luxe case. Using the app you can choose from a vast array of exciting and totally unique combinations. You can also show your friends how to design their own cases as well!

I LOVE the MyFrogz case! Where can I purchase more codes?

Codes are currently available exclusively through authorized AT&T stores. Codes are only good for one case, but you can purchase as many codes as you would like to customize as many different cases for your iPhone as you can dream up!

Using your Facebook page or Twitter account is a great way to get the word out about MyFrogz. Also, be sure and show your friends the App on your iPhone so they can see how it works!

What other products do you make cases for?

Currently we are offering the MyFrogz Luxe case for; the iPhone3G and 3G(S), BlackBerry(8310/8320/8330, 8520, 8900, 9550, 9700) exclusively through official AT&T stores. We do, however, have a great selection of other exciting products for iPods and iPhones at www.ifrogz.com. Be sure to check it out!

What is the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee on my MyFrogz case?

At MyFrogz we stand behind our case. If you are uncertain about your product because of a color choice, or if you have a product concern, we will gladly exchange it for you. If you wish to get a refund on your product for any reason you must return it to the AT&T store where you purchased it within 30 days. MyFrogz can NOT issue refunds for products purchased at AT&T.

I am not sure of the color combination I received. What can I do?

We will gladly exchange your case for another color within 10 business days of the date your MyFrogz case was delivered. You can print a return authorization from the “exchange” link at MyFrogz.com. Please note that you are responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us and the related shipping charges of returning the product. Once we have received your case back for an exchange, we will expedite your request and ship it directly back to you. IMPORTANT- product sent back to us without an official Return Merchandise Authorization from MyFrogz.com will not be exchanged, and it will be returned to you. All returned merchandise must be in unused and re-sellable condition, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred in shipping the product back for an exchange.

My case may have been damaged during shipping. What do I do?

If you take a photograph of the damaged case and email it to support@ifrogz.com we will replace the damaged case for you at no charge. This must be done within five business days of the date your MyFrogz case was delivered to you.

What do I do if I am having difficulty getting my code to work?

If you are experiencing difficulty with your MyFrogz authorization code please verify that there are no spaces or typos as you enter it. If you still have problems please contact our Customer Service group at 877-443-7641.

Will the MyFrogz for the iPhone fit my original iPhone?

The configuration of the sensors and the actual size of the original iPhone and the iPhone3G(S) are different. Unfortunately the MyFrogz cases are not compatible with the original iPhone.

Do you make MyFrogz cases to fit the Touch?

A “touch” version of the MyFrogz case is currently available at www.iFrogz.com. The ability to make your own custom colors for the Touch is under development, but not yet available.

Can I charge/dock my iPhone with your case on it?

Chances are that you will need to remove your MyFrogz case from the phone in order to use a stationary docking station. This is completely contingent upon the dock being used. However, you can easily charge and/or sync your iPhone with the MyFrogz case on it using the standard cable that came with your iPhone without the necessity of removing the case.

Can I get a MyFrogz case with a belt clip?

Belt clips do not come with, nor are they available for the MyFrogz case. This is done to maintain the sleek feel and low profile of the case.

Can I order a single component (a top piece or bottom piece)?

We do not ship component part pieces. If you are unsatisfied with the color of your case or a case component, we will gladly exchange the entire case for you. Simply return your case as per the instructions above for a return authorization.
