
We accept payments in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal only. We will not accept any other forms of payment other than those listed above.
We do not ship orders COD; we do not offer credit terms or Net 30 credit accounts. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. Utah and California are the only States where residents are subject to sales tax.
We are not responsible for delays in order processing due to declined credit cards or waiting for PayPal payments to clear. PayPal orders will begin production once payment clears PayPal.
Due to the expedited nature of our product, once your order is placed and payment is verified, it will immediately enter the production cycle. For this reason orders cannot be changed once they are placed. Please verify all information before you submit your order.
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and some holidays, and do not ship during these times.
Once payment for your order has been verified, your order will begin processing. Most orders arrive 3-7 business days (7-10 business days for international orders) after payment verification depending on the chosen shipping method.
Once processing is complete, we will ship your order based on your shipping selection. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day, then it will be delivered the next business day.
For our U.S. customers, we offer USPS First Class Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. For our international customers, we offer both USPS First Class Mail International and UPS Worldwide Expedited. Tracking is only available with UPS shipping options.
We package our product with commercial grade shipping supplies and all packages leave our warehouse in excellent condition. If your package is damaged or items are missing due to shipping damage, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-855-443-7649 or questions@ifrogz.com for assistance. Any refused shipments will still be billed the full amount of the original order, including shipping charges, due to the customized nature of our products.

First Class Mail orders should arrive 3-7 business days from when your order was shipped. First Class Mail International, please allow 7-10 business day. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day then it will be delivered the next business day.
We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii and to APO/FPO Military addresses. However, delivery times for these addresses may vary. Note: Federal law dictates that only the United States Postal Service can deliver to APO/FPO addresses. Therefore, regardless of the shipping method you select, all orders shipping to APO/FPO address will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.
Ground orders should arrive 3-7 business days from when your order was shipped. For 2nd Day Air, please allow 2 business days, and for UPS Next Day Air, please allow 1 business day. (Note: Our UPS orders do not deliver on Saturday.) If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day then it will be delivered the next business day.
For expedited shipping methods, please be aware that you order may or may not be shipped the same day you placed your order. This will depend on inventory levels and the time of day and week your order was placed.
Most UPS orders do not require a signature. The exceptions are businesses, some apartment complexes or if the delivery person deems it unsafe to leave the package at the door. If your order requires a signature, it is your responsibility to either be at the door or sign a release waiver for UPS to leave the package without a signature.
All international orders (everything outside the US) are shipped by USPS First Class Mail International (7-10 business days) or UPS Worldwide Expedited (2-5 business days) depending on the shipping method you selected at the time you placed your order. Please note: iFrogz is not responsible for delays in shipment due to customs or other international shipping delays.
Orders that ship internationally will usually occur additional taxes, duties, VAT and other fees associated with customs. We are not responsible for these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We suggest getting an estimate of what these charges might be before placing an international order. Depending on the country, these fees are billed to the customer by the shipping company. The shipping charges on our Web site include only the cost of shipping the order internationally and handling fees.
Please make sure to select the correct country when placing your order. If you selected the wrong country in error, please contact us our Customer Service Team so we can redirect the shipment if it is possible.
