Warranty & Registration

We are confident you will experience excellence with your iFrogz products. Should our products cease to function properly, we are pleased to offer a 90-day Limited Warranty on any of our products that contain electronic components. Additionally, a Limited Lifetime Warranty backs all of our cases and other products that do not contain electronic components. Within these warranty guidelines, iFrogz will replace your iFrogz product if it does not function at its fullest potential.

If you purchased your iFrogz product at a retail location (such as Wal-Mart, Best Buy, AT&T, Staples, or Office Depot), please register your offsite purchase so you are eligible for a warranty replacement in the event one is needed.

Thank you for purchasing iFrogz products! The bottom line is we want you to be a happy customer. We will gladly replace any defective iFrogz product. In fact, most iFrogz products have a Limited Lifetime Warranty. iFrogz offers a 90 Day Limited Warranty on any of our products that contain electronic components.

All iFrogz products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. Our guarantee does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse of the product. iFrogz will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of this product.

The best way to service the warranty is to register your product. Please register each product you purchase since each product needs its own warranty claim in order to be processed.

Replacement

If there is any problem with a warranty replacement, the customer must return the replacement to iFrogz to receive an additional replacement.

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty and 90 Day Warranty are detailed below.

Limited Warranties

Scope:

iFrogz Inc. ("Company"), a ZAGG company, offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty ("Warranty") to the original owner of non-electronic products and a 90 Day Limited Warranty ("Warranty") on our products that contain electronic components that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. However, these Warranties do not cover the product (or any replacement product) or any part thereof if the damages were from abuse, misuse, improper care, neglect, disaster, alteration, and/ or normal wear and tear. These Warranties are limited to the product only and will not cover anything that comes into contact or is associated with the product.

Products:

These Warranties explicitly exclude Accessories (cables & cleaners).

Disclaimer:

THESE WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY, ITS EMPLOYEES, ITS AGENTS, ITS SUPPLIERS, OR ITS CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY KIND OF SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY IN CERTAIN STATES WHERE INCIDENTAL AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

Exclusive Remedies:

Company shall have a reasonable time to: (1) determine if a product is defective; and, (2) remedy the original owner's claim(s).

If Company determines that the product is defective, Company will, at Company's discretion, either: (1) issue credit or refund a percentage of the product's purchase price provided that the product was returned along with proof of purchase to the Company or to the dealer from whom the product was purchased; or, (2) replace or repair the product at no charge unless otherwise set forth herein. Company may replace or repair the product with new, reconditioned, or comparable parts; and, any product or part thereof replaced by Company shall become Company's property. Likewise, Company reserves the right to replace an out-of-stock, discontinued, or limited edition product with an equivalent or better current generation product.

Responsibilities:

Shipping charges (as well as risk of damages and/or loss in-transit) when sending the product to Company, are assumed by the sender.

Dispute Resolution:

The laws of the State of Utah shall govern these Warranties. Any dispute arising under these Warranties will first be mediated in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any litigation shall be brought within the state or federal courts of Utah.

Effective:

These Warranties shall be effective as of the date of registration. However, Company reserves the right to modify these Warranties from time to time to accommodate any changes in Company's business or practices, as long as Company does not knowingly and intentionally attempt to prejudice the Original Owner.

These Warranties are only effective within the United States of America.
